How Can You Help Us?
If you believe in our vision and want to help us work towards the eradication of death by suicide and the removal of the stigma associated with mental health challenges, there are a number of ways you can get involved:
Support our Talk Listen Change Campaign – Vodafone and Dublin GAA are asking customers across all networks to donate €2 to Suicide or Survive to help fund our on-going work in the area of mental health. Subscribers can make the donation by texting the word ‘SOS’ to 50300, with the entire proceeds going to the charity.
SOS is a nationwide organisation with a team of committed, passionate and knowledgeable staff. We benefit from great support from our Board and our advisors. But what we need more than anything are volunteers – people who are willing to get involved – in whatever way they can – to help raise funds, to help raise awareness and to help us to break down the stigma associated with mental health issues. If you want to get involved please contact Louise at on 1890 577 577 or by email (louise@suicideorsurvive.ie) to see how you can involved- in a way that suits you.
